Two Rhythms (formally known as 'Touch Trust') is an inclusive, Charity-based organisation which runs sensory, arts sessions for participants who have specific learning and physical needs, in the Wales Millennium Centre.  

I have worked with Two Rhythms from 2017 until present, facilitating in-person and online arts and story telling sessions for participants of all ages and stages. On occasion, I have facilitated expressive art sessions as a Freelancer for the Touch Trust as part of their 'Time for Me Days,' providing safe spaces for our participants' parents, carers and families to de-stress while making artwork as a group.  
 
I have also supported Two Rhythms in running their own training days and open days.
